3D Characters & Avatars
3D VTuber avatar design creates a custom VRM model and rig for one selected tracking application, with defined expressions, controls, physics, and test notes.
A 3D VTuber model must match the target VRM version and tracking software. I define character design, body scope, expressions, eye and lip controls, tracking inputs, outfit variants, physics, and toggles before production.
The package can include an upper-body or full-body model, facial blendshapes, gaze, lip sync, hair and clothing physics, gesture controls, and software setup. Testing is limited to one agreed VRM-compatible application and version.
Tracking accuracy depends on camera, lighting, software, hardware, calibration, and the user's range of motion. Third-party assets retain their licenses, and stream-platform performance or audience response is not guaranteed.
We define the objective, deliverables, dependencies, and success criteria before production starts.
You review working previews, so decisions are made against tangible output.
The agreed revision rounds are used to complete details within scope.
I deliver the agreed files, access, and practical usage notes in an organized package.

Final pricing is provided after scope, deliverables, and integrations are confirmed.
A simple upper-body VTuber model.
A full-body model with expression and physics setup.
A scoped avatar with effects, controls, and variants.
The agreed face, eye, and lip controls are tested in one selected application. Accuracy varies with camera, lighting, calibration, software, and hardware.
We select one VRM-compatible application and version before production. Support for additional tools requires separate compatibility testing.
This service covers 3D VTuber avatars. Live2D illustration and rigging use a different production pipeline and are not included.
3D mascot design turns an approved brand brief into an original character with defined colors, textures, poses, render outputs, and optional rigging or animation.
3D character modeling turns an approved concept or brief into a custom sculpt, clean production mesh, UVs, textures, and target-specific deliverables.
Game character design creates a real-time character around an agreed engine, platform, polygon and texture budget, rig, animation needs, and import pipeline.
Realistic 3D character modeling creates an approved portrait or full-body asset with detailed anatomy, skin, hair, clothing, textures, and optional rigging.
Stylized 3D character modeling turns an approved visual direction into a distinctive animation or game asset with controlled shapes, textures, and optional rigging.
Low poly modeling creates lightweight 3D assets around agreed silhouette, polygon, material, texture, file-size, and target-platform budgets.
Share a short brief and I’ll help define the scope, dependencies, and a realistic delivery window.
