About

I build new products and improve existing software.

I’m Oscar Brendon. I’ve spent the last four years working across web, software, automation, and 3D. As a freelancer, I’ve worked with teams of different sizes and contributed to large-scale projects.

I can build a new product from scratch or take over existing software. That includes adding features, fixing bugs, setting up integrations, improving performance, and providing maintenance when needed.

Working method

Decisions stay visible from the first brief to the final handoff.

You work directly with the person building the project. Scope, dependencies, review points, exclusions, and delivery responsibilities are written down before they become expensive surprises.

Read the scoping field note
  1. 01

    Define the boundary

Objective, users, deliverables, dependencies, exclusions, and acceptance checks are made explicit.

  2. 02

    Build against evidence

Working previews replace status theatre, so decisions are made against tangible output.

  3. 03

    Validate in context

The agreed devices, engines, browsers, integrations, and failure paths are checked before delivery.

  4. 04

    Hand over control

Files, access, versions, known limits, and operating notes are transferred in an organized release.

Describe the objective, current setup, dependencies, and timing. I will reply with the questions needed to define a practical next step, not a generic sales script.
