What this service covers

I map the tasks users need to complete, organize the information they need, and turn the result into flows and wireframes. The work can cover a new feature, a checkout or onboarding path, or the main journeys of an early-stage product.

For an existing product, I review the interface against usability principles and any analytics, support feedback, or research you can provide. Findings are labeled as evidence, observations, or hypotheses so recommendations do not overstate what the available data proves.

Clickable prototypes make it possible to test important decisions before development. Formal participant recruitment, moderated research, and quantitative experimentation are separate services unless they are explicitly included in the proposal.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between UX and UI design?

UX defines how the product is structured and used; UI defines how its screens and components look and respond. A project may need either discipline or both.

Can a UX review explain why conversion is low?

It can identify likely friction, but a causal conclusion needs suitable analytics or user research. I separate confirmed evidence from hypotheses and recommend what to measure next.

Do you run user testing?

I can prepare tasks and test a prototype with participants you provide. Recruitment, incentives, recording consent, and formal research reporting must be included separately.
