3D Modeling & Visualization
Exterior 3D visualization presents approved building facades and site context with defined landscape, materials, lighting scenarios, camera views, and outputs.
I review plans, elevations, facade references, site boundaries, levels, access, landscape information, neighboring context, and the intended presentation goal. Missing architectural or site details are identified for approval.
The package can include facade modeling, roads, parking, planting, site furniture, daylight, sunset or evening lighting, high-resolution views, brochure assets, and one animation. Building count, seasons, camera angles, and output formats are documented.
Exterior visuals do not replace survey, planning, landscape design, civil engineering, code review, or authority approval. Vegetation, materials, weather, neighboring development, and real light conditions can differ from the visualization.
We define the objective, deliverables, dependencies, and success criteria before production starts.
You review working previews, so decisions are made against tangible output.
The agreed revision rounds are used to complete details within scope.
I deliver the agreed files, access, and practical usage notes in an organized package.

Final pricing is provided after scope, deliverables, and integrations are confirmed.
Three exterior views of one building.
A detailed property exterior with landscape.
A finite multi-building site presentation.
Yes, when the site plan and scope include them. Landscape species, road details, furniture, and neighboring context are modeled to the agreed level.
Yes, within the lighting-option count in scope. These are visual scenarios and not photometric or electrical-lighting calculations.
They can be prepared for presentations, brochures, social media, planning discussions, or sales materials. Official submission rules and required documents must be confirmed separately.
3D environment design develops an approved concept into a finite real-time or cinematic scene with blockout, assets, lighting, atmosphere, and target-specific optimization.
Game level design turns gameplay goals into a playable blockout, tested route, visual pass, lighting, and engine scene for a finite map scope.
3D modeling turns approved references, sketches, or dimensions into a custom object or finite asset set with clean topology and target-specific deliverables.
3D product visualization turns an existing or separately approved product model into consistent marketing images, variants, and campaign scenes for defined channels.
3D animation combines an approved script and storyboard with the scoped models, cameras, lighting, motion, audio, editing, and platform-specific outputs.
3D product modeling creates an accurate visual asset from approved dimensions and references for catalogs, web viewers, rendering, prototypes, or presentations.
