What this service covers

I review physical size, minimum feature thickness, enclosed volumes, fragile elements, overhangs, orientation, and build-volume limits. The printer type, material, nozzle or resin profile, and intended finish guide the preparation choices.

Work can include watertight repair, hollowing strategy, drain-hole planning, part splitting, keyed joints, clearance between mating parts, and base or support-interface considerations. Final support generation is included only when the target slicer and profile are specified.

Preparation reduces avoidable geometry problems but cannot guarantee a print because machine condition, material, slicing, exposure, temperature, and operator settings remain external. Engineering loads and certified tolerances require qualified engineering review.

What's included

  • Print-process preflight
  • Watertight and thickness preparation
  • Agreed splitting and keyed joints

Frequently asked questions

Do you also print and ship the model?

This service prepares digital files. Printing can only be included through a separately approved provider, material, price, production schedule, and shipping arrangement.

Can you add joints so a large model fits my printer?

Yes. I can split the model and add keyed joints with clearances based on the stated process and test information you provide.

Will the parts fit perfectly on the first print?

Fit depends on printer and material behavior. I use an agreed tolerance, but a small calibration test is recommended before committing to the full print.
