A domain can use one provider for registration, another for hosting, and another for email. I inventory the existing DNS zone and required services before changing A, AAAA, CNAME, MX, TXT, SPF, DKIM, or DMARC records.
The agreed setup can include website publishing, TLS, www redirects, business email routing, provider verification records, and a planned nameserver or hosting change. Existing email and third-party services are preserved only when their records and account access are available for review.
Domains, hosting, mailboxes, certificates, and provider subscriptions remain client-owned and separately billed. DNS propagation is distributed and cannot be made instant. Email deliverability also depends on sender reputation, content, provider policy, and correct ongoing use.
